Terms of Use

By downloading or playing Color Flow Sort ("the Game") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and play the Game on your own device for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or resell the Game or any of its assets.

2. Virtual items and currency

• The Game contains a virtual currency ("coins") and virtual items (boosters, and similar features). These are licensed to you, not sold: they have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or by Google Play's refund policies.
• Virtual items are tied to the local game data on your device. Deleting the Game or clearing its data may permanently remove them, and we are unable to restore locally stored progress.

3. Purchases

Optional in-app purchases are processed by Google Play under Google Play's Terms of Service and refund policies. Prices may change at any time. Purchases are consumed by the Game once delivered.

4. Advertising

The Game shows third-party advertisements, including optional rewarded ads that grant in-game benefits. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may vary by region and time.

5. Fair play

You agree not to tamper with the Game's data, exploit bugs for unfair advantage, or use the Game for any unlawful purpose. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Game at any time.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Game is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HKE Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Game, and our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the three months preceding the claim.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
